We are a rare blend of professional musicians, artists, actors, engineers, crafts people, and management consultants that understand what clients, the talent, and the public need, We pride ourselves in offering a service that goes ‘above and beyond’, focusing on integrity, reliability, professionalism, whilst being socially and environmentally aware through everything we do. Having built long term relationships over the years, we have taken clients and talent to places they’ve only dreamed of.

As a CIC our overall aims and objectives are to advance people’s wellbeing and connection with the environment, the arts, culture and heritage through authentic ‘time stamped’ historically themed events across Oxford and the UK.
Our community engagement goals are to have a real impact on the ability of people to live independent lives, support their own well-being and actively contribute to society. We also want to help reduce social isolation and loneliness, especially in the time of Covid-19.
In addition to advancing people’s wellbeing, we hope that through engaging with our work that people start their own journeys to bring about systemic change, and engage in their own activities for positive social and environmental change.
Community Projects
Glastonbury Festival
Helping a number of fields across the festival with decor, entertainment, and public engagement.
For example, decor and film promo for the Green Futures Field, performers for the Secret Non-binary venue “Scissors”, and we have run the stage and its opening day for Greenpeace with a “Decadent Times” takeover (programming acts be they music, cabaret, circus, walkabout, and workshops).
Oxford Canal Festival
Festival Directors for the 2022 event.
Diversified income streams increasing turnover by 1000%, re-branded the festival with a new logo and community ethos. The Oxford Canal Festival is a charity event that brings communities together whilst having a party in a field. Profits support the Kilsby Project, the restoration of a 1912 canal boat into a community theatre and music space.
Cowley Road Carnival
Enabling Oxford’s biggest music event to successfully return to Oxford’s streets.
As part of the “Event Management Team” and on behalf of the Carnival committee, we facilitated supplier procurement, regulatory compliance, risk management, co-produced the event management plan, event coordination and liaison with the local council, and emergency services.
